Spring Break Trip Leader

Madeline Hallahan

Madeline fell in love with marine biology at Sea Turtle Camp in 2011! She grew up in Chicago and spent her summers on Lake Michigan and going to the Shedd Aquarium. Madeline pursued her passion for science and education at Illinois State University and graduated with her degree in biology education.

Madeline has since worked as an environmental educator and curriculum developer for West Virginia University’s Science Adventure School, adventure trip leader at Camp Miniwanca, and counselor for Sea Turtle Camp’s North Carolina, Spring Break, and Hawai’i programs! Madeline currently is a National Parks Lead Guide for Good Trip Adventures and lives in Boulder, Colorado with her husband. This will be her 4th season with STC, and she can’t wait to dive in with her campers!
