Charlotte Bosacker-Kass

Charlotte was raised in Minnesota by a biology professor who ensured that her life and education were always hands-on. This early immersion in the natural world led her to Beloit College, where she is pursuing a double major in Biology and Education with an expected graduation in the spring of 2028. Her deep connection to the ocean was ignited during her time on Heron Island while traveling in Australia, a place she grew to love while her mother taught study abroad programs there.

Charlotte brings a wealth of leadership experience to the team, coming from five years at an outdoor summer camp where she most recently served as the Beach Director. In this role, she specialized in managing waterfront activities and creating a safe, engaging environment for campers.

When she isn’t in the classroom or at camp, Charlotte often spends her vacations in Costa Rica. Staying just down the street from a sea turtle sanctuary there has further fueled her dedication to marine conservation. In her free time, she continues her commitment to water safety as a lifeguard and swim instructor. She is also a leader in the arts, co-founding and captaining Beloit College’s new Dance and Pom team.
